Punia Group’s niche is acquiring land development opportunities around the G.T.A (Greater Toronto Area) that can be developed in a time period of 1-3 years.
We take the outmost initiative to do our market research and due diligence before acquiring any investments. We have very precise parameters regarding cash flow and exit strategies that need to be satisfied before any acquisitions are made.
