We acquired this 4.6-acre parcel in 2016. Boasts 790’ frontage on one of the busiest roads North of Toronto. Getting this project approved was an uphill battle with the city as it is located along the Minesing Swamp Wetlands conservation area. After doing every possible study in the city’s books and proving the value we bring to the township, the approval was obtained.
